"From beginning to end, Brandon and his team were a dream to work with. We hired them pretty late during our wedding planning process as we realized we needed to uninvite a number of our guests due to covid and wanted to have a professional video to share. From planning, to execution, to post-production, Brandon was communicative, responsive, and thoughtful every step of the way. It was clear he had spent time researching our venue and really listening to us during our check-in calls. The day of our wedding, he checked in with both of us regularly to make sure we were comfortable, and he captured some really beautiful and fun moments throughout the evening. He also went the extra mile to try to get us some photos and video in a part of our venue that was not included in our contract. Surprisingly, our venue coordinator agreed to a compromise, and she commented on how professional, thorough, and courteous Brandon was in his pitch.
